HR Committee at Vinci Energies: AI Insights & Ethics in HR
On September 4th, the French Chamber of Commerce in Sweden proudly hosted our HR Committee at Vinci Energies. This event brought together members to explore the growing role of artificial intelligence in human resources.
Led by the expertise of Thomas Eklöf from AI in HR, the session provided valuable insights into AI's impact on the field. Topics such as AI ethics, associated risks, and the transformative opportunities it offers for HR practices were discussed in depth. Thomas also provided practical guidance on the next steps to better integrate these technologies into the workplace.
This workshop was more than just a presentation—it offered participants the chance to engage, share ideas, and reflect on the future of HR with AI.
