HR Committe at Société Générale

This week, we held our first HR committee meeting of the year, with representatives from about ten companies in attendance. The aim was to have a rather informal discussion over a good breakfast, to stimulate our collective intelligence and prepare the topics to be addressed in the upcoming HR committee meetings that we plan to organize four times a year. 

We covered crucial topics such as the hybrid culture between France and Sweden, legal matters, diversity and HR processes with the intention of delving deeper into these subjects in upcoming sessions.
