Have a look back : Ambassador talk on 16 february with Etienne de Gonneville

Fourty of our CCFS members had the chance to join our online event “ambassador unplugged” earlier this week. The new French ambassador to Sweden Etienne de Gonneville presented himself, shared the roadmap of his team concerning the Franco-Swedish relationship and availed himself to an open dialogue, answering the questions of our members. 

Etienne de Gonneville presented the ambitions of making France one of the key European partners of Sweden by strengthening existing areas of mutual interest in light of the current pandemic, Brexit and new US presidency. Indeed, valuable partnerships already exist in multiple strategic domains such as innovation and green solutions for instance. 

He has shown himself committed to maintaining a strong bilateral relationship underpinned by the contributions of French-Swedish business networks such as the French Chamber of Commerce in Sweden and all the representatives of French companies in Sweden. We warmly thank the ambassador for taking the time to engage with our members and look forward to future meetings and events.
